Hello, I’m Mara
I coach people who look composed from the outside and feel threadbare from the inside. Many of them are in the middle of a long stretch of responsibility: work, family, a body that has started keeping score.
I live in the Lake District and meet people online. The Full Circle practice grew out of watching single-focus plans fail good, tired people. A calmer mind with no sleep still frays. A training plan with no kindness still gets abandoned.
This is coaching, not medical care. If you need a clinician, I will say so. If you want a companion for the ordinary work of feeling like yourself again, that is the invitation.
